Dualcom
DualCom, from CSL DualCom Limited, is an alarm signalling device that uses both the Vodafone network and your analogue telephone line and/or IP path to transmit intruder, fire or personal attack signals at high speed.
Dualcom is a single hardware platform which fits every grade of security risk, right the way through Grade 2, 3 and 4 Security installations to the highest specification of Fire signalling grades. The price of the product has been matched to the grade so that if you are installing for a Grade 2 specification you are not paying Grade 4 prices. DualCom's gradeShift® technology means that the hardware platform remains unchanged so that there is one common product across all grades. Simply order the G2, G3, G4 or the Fire version, dependent on the grade you require.

RedCARE Fire
BT RedCARE Fire monitors alarms every second of the day by actively checking that your phone line is working. You can choose from our two products to monitor your fire alarm:
View RedCARE Fire PDF
BT RedCARE Classic - the analogue BT phone line is checked continuously and, if there are any interruptions, a warning signal will be delivered to the alarm receiving centre. This means that your alarm signalling can never be compromised without the knowledge of the alarm receiving centre.
BT RedCARE GSM dual signalling paths - this uses two alarm signalling paths: the telephone line and a radio network. If one of these paths is attacked, or fails, the other continues to monitor your alarm regardless of which one fails first.
BT RedCARE Fire doesn't require a dedicated phone line and will work on your existing BT analogue phone line. Therefore you save the cost of installing and renting an additional line.
